U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is $4.95 on orders below $29. Standard shipping is free when your order subtotal is $29 or more after discounts and before tax.

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to the United States.

Dispatch, delivery and tracking

Shipping estimates, when shown, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Processing and transit times can vary by destination. Please contact us for a current dispatch estimate before placing a time-sensitive order.

We will send shipment information using the contact details supplied with your order when tracking becomes available. If we cannot ship within an advertised timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe was provided, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation and refund options.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will help where we can, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If an order is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.

30-day returns for unused items

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used makeup applicators cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Please contact us with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not return items to an address on the original parcel without contacting us first.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the issue is a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate resolution without unnecessary return costs.

Refunds and bundles

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will confirm the outcome and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Bundle returns are refunded according to the amount actually paid for the returned items. If part of a promotional bundle is kept, the refund is adjusted to reflect the offer that applies to the items kept. Free items have no cash value.

Order cancellations

contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, the return policy applies.
